Affiliate Commission Agreement

These Affiliate Commission Terms ("Terms") are part of the agreement between Sticky Roller, LLC ("Company") and the affiliate ("Affiliate"). By participating in the Company's affiliate program, Affiliate agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Commission Structure

1. The Company agrees to pay Affiliate a commission of 15% for each qualifying sale generated through Affiliate's unique referral link or tracking code.

Qualifying Actions

1. Qualifying actions may include the following:

Completed purchases made by customers using the Affiliate’s unique coupon code or link.

2. Qualifying actions must meet the criteria specified by the Company and be tracked accurately through the Company's designated tracking system.

Commission Payment

1. Commissions shall be paid on a monthly basis, unless otherwise specified.
2. The Company reserves the right to set a minimum payout threshold, below which commissions will not be paid out.
3. Payment shall be made via PayPal, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

Commission Calculation

1. The Company's tracking system shall be the sole determinant of qualifying actions and commission calculations.
2. Commission calculations shall be based on net sales after deducting any applicable taxes, refunds, or chargebacks.

Payment Disputes

1. Any disputes regarding commission payments must be submitted in writing to the Company within 3 business days of the disputed payment.
2. The Company will review and respond to payment disputes in a timely manner, and its decision shall be final and binding.

Termination of Affiliate Relationship

1. If the Affiliate Agreement is terminated for any reason, pending commissions earned prior to the termination date will be paid out in accordance with these Terms.
2. The Company reserves the right to withhold payment of commissions if the Affiliate is found to be in violation of the Affiliate Agreement or these Terms.

Modification of Terms

1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Affiliates will be notified of any changes to these Terms via email or through the Company's affiliate dashboard.
2. Continued participation in the affiliate program after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

By participating in the Company's affiliate program, Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Commission Terms.
