Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Sticky Roller, LLC ("Company") and you ("Affiliate"). By signing up for the Company's Affiliate Program, Affiliate agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Enrollment in the Program

1. To enroll in the Affiliate Program, Affiliate must complete the registration process on the Company's website and agree to these terms.
2. The Company reserves the right to reject any application for any reason.

Affiliate Responsibilities

1. Affiliate agrees to promote the Company's products/services through approved marketing channels only.
2. Affiliate agrees to promote the Company's products/services and its representatives in a positive light.
3. Affiliate shall not engage in any illegal, unethical, or misleading marketing practices.
4. Affiliate shall not make any false or misleading representations regarding the Company's products/services or its representatives.
5. Affiliate shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Commission

1. The Company agrees to pay Affiliate a commission for each qualifying sale made through Affiliate's unique referral link.
2. Commission rates and payment terms are outlined in the Affiliate Commission Agreement.
3 The Affiliate is solely responsible for reporting income generated as an Affiliate to the appropriate governing authorities.

Tracking and Reporting

1. The Company shall provide Affiliate with access to tracking and reporting tools to monitor performance and commission earnings.
2. The Company's tracking system shall be the sole determinant of qualifying sales and commissions.

Payment

1. Commissions shall be paid on a monthly basis.
2. Payment shall be made via PayPal unless otherwise agreed upon.

Termination

1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause by providing written notice to the other party.
2. Upon termination, Affiliate shall cease all marketing activities related to the Company's products/services. All codes and links associated with the Affiliate will become inactive.

Limitation of Liability

1. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

Miscellaneous

1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina.
3. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation and/or arbitration in North Carolina.

By registering for the Company's Affiliate Program, Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
